Gillies Avenue will be closed between the Southern
Motorway on and off ramps over Auckland Anniversary
Weekend: 29-31 January.
The closure is required to remove the old motorway

Motorway access to/from Newmarket will still be
possible, however Auckland Airport and through traffic
should follow marked detours along the motorway.
The NZTA apologises for any inconvenience and thanks
