Spiritualist meeting, the Spiritualist
Alliance is celebrating its 102nd
anniversary with a special meeting on July
14 from 5pm at 120 Carlton Gore Rd,
Newmarket. Five top mediums will
demonstrate spirit communication. There
will be light entertainment and lots of
prizes to be won. Pot luck supper and

Mindfulness for children, an after-school
programme where children can learn
simple techniques to increase attention
span, improve self-awareness, develop
social skills and more. Classes are one-
hour long and taught by an NZ registered
